This is my quotation on the topic about racism. My Quotation again is "Skin color is not the basis of one's life, it's the attitude that counts." I made this kind of quotation since the whites thought that they are superior compare to the blacks.

In old times, wherein whites are dominant in power rather than the blacks, they thought that blacks were poor, weak and treating them as nothing in this world. Like in the story,"The Telephone Conversation." The landowner (which is the white) criticizes the African man because she knew that blacks were poor and cannot be able to afford a room in a hotel.

My quotation has a connection with this another quotation,"Don't judge the book by it's cover" because there are a lot of people who have experienced racism is now successful like Barack Obama, Michael Jordan and other people who have been successful throughout the years.

The first part of my quotation means that it doesn't mean that you're black it means that you're already weak, poor and being underestimated by the whites because skin color is not important, what's important is a good attitude. It also doesn't mean that you're white you're already pure and good hearted person because there are some people who are beautiful outside but inside there hearts were bursting attitude of ugliness.

Actually blacks were beautiful because of their attitude. The attitude of fighting for their own rights and freedom by showcasing their talents to the people that's why there are a lot of black people who were already successful. Today in this generation, there are a lot of black people who wanted to lend a helping hand to those people who still experience racism in order for them also to learn how to fight for their freedom and to stop racism.
